How to change your account username

To change your username, tap Edit beside Username under the Account heading in the Profile tab of Settings.

Type in your new username, then tap Save in the top right corner.

A notification box will appear, confirming that your edit was successful.

How to change my e-mail

To change the e-mail associated with your account, tap Edit beside E-mail under the Account heading in the Profile tab of Settings.

Type in your new e-mail, then tap Save in the top right corner.

How to enable FaceID, TouchID, or Biometrics

Tap the button located to the right of Enable FaceID or TouchID (iOS) or Enable Biometrics (Android) to toggle on or off.

How to sign out of your account

Tap the Sign Out of Account button located under the Account heading in the Profile tab of Settings.

How to change my app language in Settings

Tap Languages in the Profile tab of Settings.

Search for your language by tapping on the search bar and typing in your language name. Or you can scroll through our alphabetized list of languages and select your language.

Tap the Select Language button to continue in your language.

How to delete my account

Tap the Delete My Account button located in the Profile tab of Settings.

A notification box will ask you to confirm your choice to delete your account. If you really want to delete your account, tap Yes.

WARNING: All your data within the TTB App will be erased.

If you want to keep your account, tap Cancel.

If you choose to delete your account, a notification will appear confirming that your data has been erased.

How to Report a Problem

Report a problem by tapping on the Report a Problem button under Profile.

Enter your details, describe the problem, and then Send.

How to access the Privacy Policy

Tap Privacy Policy located under the Legal heading in the Profile tab of Settings.
